I was dump founded trying to figure out how to apply the credit I have while checking out. The only place where credit is mentioned is right before I pay, and the amount of credit is not even shown, moreover the payment screen shows full amount, not discounted amount. You need to show people how much credit they have during checkout, how much is their total bill and how much they will be charged.

Decided to get this app to get the $10 reward. Tried to navigate the incredibly buggy interface to create an account and it said I already had one, so I reset my password but never received the email to change it. Tried this process at least 3-4 times so I could login to the app but I never got the email to reset password. Incredibly frustrating. I had to give up because I couldn’t get it to work. My partner created an account instead and after several tries, managed to log in but after processing our order, he didn’t get the $10 off reward, which was the reason we used the app in the first place! It took so long that everyone else at our table was eating their food that they’d ordered from the bar and we’d only just finished ordering on this app!

I use this app weekly at my local bar. It’s worth it for the rewards & convenience. My only complaint is not all staff know how the app works which delays me. All Staff need training even casual staff. Nothing worse than having to wait for them to call their supervisor to show them how it works. Also the app could be simpler & more useful. Instead of just showing a table number it should mirror the cash register by itemising your drinks with a button to press for “pay now” and you just enter your table number like they do now for petrol.
