Version 1.8
We’ve made several improvements to how you can manage your energy account via our mobile app.
You can now arrange a move-out, view your current plan details and rates. For properties with multiple electricity or gas meters, you’ll now see each listed and can add nicknames to easily identify them.

Can you also update gas consumption to be daily use?
Hi, I have seen the app is quite helpful to track daily usage for electricity of the house. However, there is no daily tracking for the gas services. I would really be appreciated if it is upgraded with that version. Thanks.
Trouble with login
I use “log in with Apple account” to log in to the app. However when I type in the very same email address and password as my Apple account, it won’t let me log in.

An excellent utility tool from a reliable energy seller
A Victoria customer >10 years across three consecutive addresses I have found the Lumo service provided, both energy delivery and customer interaction has continued to improve over time. It is very good.
This app provides quantitative electricity usage data broken down into 30 minute units. Enabled by the electricity smart meter, the comparison of solar energy captured and fee into the grid vs energy consumed is an excellent aid for calculating optimal usage timeframes of high energy demand devices.
Gas measurement to the same granular level is not possible. Because of the standard analogue meters.
The app has a clean and simple user interface. Information is provided in macro form with the option to expand most items to a more granular level.
