Customer service experience was condescending
Poor customer service and on-boarding for new users calling in. Agents on the line don’t guide you with empathy, demonstrate low patience for new users still navigating the app, don’t believe your experience (i.e., when you don’t see something on the app), …just poor.
Love the concept of using on-demand public transit and think it has potential, but have so far disliked the experience in practice due to these on-call interactions.
Fix your app. Inform People they can't use it.
What kind of app doesn't tell you that you cant use it until after you've set up an account and try to use it. Cant rate the service itself because the dumb app didn't tell me you need an early access code or to get on a wishlist BEFORE being able to do ANYTHING. I am currently limping and couldn't get a ride so I organized the plan to take try this service to get home. But as I finish setting everything up and finally hit the find best route button it says that I need an early access code. If id known that I would've planned better, however it does not tell you that until you try to order the ride. I had to walk. Thanks for nothing but pain Argo. Fix your app.
