Great App

I think that the app is great, but I do have a suggestion and I don’t know if you can do it, but when a person signs into their FreshCo app, is there a way for them to see their receipts online and see what they have for points, if they got the points, etc. There are times when I want to see how many points and the transactions I have done. As sometimes I shred the receipt after I had looked at it, but then want to look at it again.

Currently, our app doesn't support viewing past receipts and detailed points transactions, but we'll definitely consider this feature for future updates. Constant crash and freezes

The freshco app constantly crashes and freezes and I can’t enter any of my earned sweepstake coins, even after speaking with several live agents. It would be nice if this could be resolved but it doesn’t look hopeful.

Constantly signs me out and won’t accept saved password to sign in.

This app is completely frustrating. Every time I want to use it I find that I have been automatically signed out which wouldn’t be a problem if it would sign me in with my saved password. When I try to sign in again, it will accept my password, ask for the captcha verification, and then say my password is invalid even though I know it is correct. If I deliberately put in the wrong password, it does not go to the captcha prompt. I have changed passwords more times than I care to remember and this will work once or twice but soon enough, it will stop accepting the new password. I’m ready to give up with Freshco!
