Unlike traditional news aggregators, which utilize crowd-sourcing and algorithms that reward clickbait and reinforce pre-existing bias, Ground News helps users understand the news objectively based on media bias, geographic location, and time.
Ground News is the world’s first news comparison platform that will help voters make better-informed decisions, drawing from more than 40,000 news sources worldwide and featuring an average of 30,000 news stories per day.
Also, included in the Mac app is our new Safari extension. Try out Ground News Bias Checker for Safari. Whenever you read a news article, our browser extension will show you who else is covering the same news story and compare how other sources from all across the political spectrum are reporting on it.
About Ground News subscriptions purchased within the Ground News app:
• Subscription renews annually, and you'll be able to manage this subscription in your App Store account under the 'Ground News' subscription
• Payment will be charged to your App Store Account on confirmation of purchase
• Your membership subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
• Membership subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase

I absolutely love this app!
I love being able to see my blindspots when it comes to news, and it has helped me to become more conscious of the news I am taking in and the bias behind it.
It's helpful to understand where people I may not agree with are getting there information and why - and to be able to discern between left and right as someone in early days of diving into politics and media.
I have had family members fall into misinformation and I wish all news platforms were more like Ground News. Keep up the good work.
Great Product
Like others have said, it's a great idea. I want to be informed with what's going on around the world through multiple sources. I like that Ground News collects news from different outlets and lets me know their typical biases.
