Great because there is ACTUAL people checking your sneakers instead of bots

Inconsistent

Paid for <12 hour verification that then took almost 48 hours because the authenticators kept asking for more pics that I’d already sent. I’m assuming this is a way they push back their service deadline when they need more time. While I waited, I used to other apps instead, both receiving results before the Legit App.

When I finally got the results, they marked the item “Replica” based on the washing tag. I was curious and reviewed the other authentications they’d done for others with the same item, and noticed they’d made similar mistakes.

It seems that the authenticators for this app are not well versed in certain brands and will default to the washing tags when unsure, and default to Replica in those instances.

Would not use this app again for street wear and will seek a refund for the poor service and incorrect results.
