No sound

The video is amazingly clear and smooth. However, there isn’t any sound, no matter what I try. Yes, I restarted my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Total lack of customer support. I don’t know where they are located, but at 10:00 am EST (GMT -4h) they weren’t available for chat. If the sound worked I would give it a 5/5. Searching by voice would put it over the top!
