Best shopping platform Period
There is no comparison. I've been using it for 10 years and Amazon for 7 years now. You literally could buy anything on Taobao, and even something that's not selling on the market. No matter the price, most commodities (like $3 phone case) are free shipping, free return, and will be delivered in TWO days. Tracking, changing address, and talking with seller are so easy. As well as I know, most online shopping site does not allow you to change delivery address once the item is on the way. And God I really hate that here in North America you cannot contact the delivery man directly. But in China, you know exactly who will be delivering your parcel. You will see their name and phone number and get called when they arrive. So your parcel will never left at front door. Same with return. You can schedule a pickup WITHIN the app and easily make changes. I mean Amazon is doing great, but Taobao excel.
