Unable to Remove Cards
Dear [Support Team],
I’m unable to remove my card from the DragonPass app. Every time I try, I receive the message:
“You are in the Mastercard lounge program. Please withdraw the program first.”
There’s no clear way to withdraw from the program in the app, which makes this process frustrating. Please assist or provide guidance on resolving this issue.

The app is very smooth till last update , every-time open the app request (find out more) to enter card number again for enrolment , i’ve been entered it more than 15 times and i couldn’t access any setting inside the app on my devices. I guess some issues in the last update.
