It saves your time and gives perfect effects to videos in a very short time. Editing apps are user-friendly and have an easy interface It gives a different and unique look to videos

Expensive & poor quality

I am writing to request a refund for my recent subscription. Unfortunately, I am dissatisfied with the service for the following reasons: The quality of the videos produced is quite poor, falling short of my expectations.

After creating more than 15 videos, I was informed that I would need to pay an additional £17 per week for extra credits, on top of the £50 yearly subscription fee. Given the quality of the videos, this feels exceptionally expensive. I have only used the app for approximately two hours, and I believe the service does not meet my needs.

However, I have been unable to find a clear customer service platform to address these concerns. I would appreciate it if you could process a refund as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

Money Hungry Scammers

You cannot do anything without a subscription. So let’s say you subscribed for 1 week at £7.99.. you’re trying to get the hang of it so you create some videos & after 4 videos your credits have gone.. you’re unable to create any more videos until your subscription renews or alternatively you have to purchase additional credits to create more videos. What’s is the actual point of subscription if you cannot make unlimited videos or atleast increase the amount of videos. Waste of Money. Scam!
