Scammers in the UK / Estafadores en el Reino Unido

They are complete scammers. I paid for the normal package and accidentally paid for another £50 package. I immediately wrote to them to ask them to refund me the money for the second package and that I only wanted to pay for the first one, explaining that it had been a mistake and they answered me things that no other company here in the UK has ever answered so they wouldn't refund me. I explained to them that I did want to do a contract with them but it was just one package and they still wouldn't refund me. Result: They stole my money and now I don't want to use anything that comes from this company. I have a 0 rating for these scammers.

Son unos completos estafadores. Pague el paquete normal y sin querer paque otro de 50£. Inmediatamente les escribí para pedirles que me hicieran el reembolso del dinero del segundo paquete y que yo solo quería pagar el primero explicándoles que había sido un error y me respondieron cosas que jamás me había respondido ninguna otra empresa aquí en el Reino Unido para no hacerme el reembolso. Les expliqué que yo si quería contratar con ellos pero que era un solo paquete y aún así me dinero que no haría el reembolso. Resultado: Me robaron el dinero y ahora no quiero usar absolutamente nada que venga de esta empresa. Mi calificación es 0 para estos estafadores.

Avoid… incredibly awful experience…

While the courses themselves are OK, if a little superficial, what really lets Coursiv down is the robotic and weak customer service.

Having already submitted a request to terminate the subscription within the trial period, Coursiv proceeded to take a payment at 8.15am on 7th October. At 8.20am I emailed to request a refund stating that I had already requested termination and that I wasn’t seeing the value / use for their App. Despite only minutes passing between the payment being take and contacting the customer service team, Coursiv have, after ‘thorough investigation’ concluded that they don’t want to offer me a refund. I can only assume that their business is doing REALLY badly if they have to cheat people into paying subscriptions. I’ve since contacted my bank to ensure no further payments are taken.

When other brands obsess about customers, it’s really disappointing to see there remain brands who have no honour or ethical trading standards.
