Another PERFECT update full of new features!
I added the following:
- FEATURE: Now supports Mac for seamless cross-platform gaming
- FEATURE: Fast Metal rendering with shader support
- FEATURE: CRT filter option that gives the appearance of a TV screen
- FEATURE: Dual Analog rumble vibration support
- FEATURE: Hardware controller sensitivity option
- FIX: Hardware controllers such as GameSir are now working
- FIX: Audio over HDMI now fixed along with improved sound overall quality
- FIX: Various graphical glitches, such as including black bars in some popular games, with improved overall compatibility
- FIX: Removed unused Mac touch controller
- FIX: Improved importing of games, fixed a false error about wrong system, fixed importing zipped games, and it now reports issues encountered with useful information to help resolve problems
Gamma has been translated from English. If you have improvements to the translations in Gamma, contact me by email shown in Gamma's Help Center.
You can change the language to English or any other available language by going to iOS Settings -> Apps -> Gamma -> Language

- FEATURE: Touching the screen will now show the pause menu when hardware controllers are used

- FIX: Importing many games at once now work
- FIX: A bug causing memory cards to reset is fixed
- FEATURE: RAR and ECM files are now supported!

Ratings and Reviews
The stable, user-friendly alternative to RetroArch
This app is a lot more user friendly than RA is, and for me a lot more stable. No sound cut outs when minimising then reopening the app, no crashes so far.
The style of the app is very similar to Delta in its design, anyone who is familiar with that will be right at home here.
The only potential downside for some is that some features are behind a paywall. However £4.99 is a small price to pay for lifetime use and to support the developer!
Almost perfect
I love gamma, and that’s all I have to say, everything about it is incredible, but I have an idea, even though these could only run fully smoothly oh higher end phones, maybe eventually the emulators could support ps2 games too? I mean it is the best selling console after all with an incredible amount of games available just suggesting as a 12 year old fan
Future update
Absolutely loving the app, it’s everything id want out of a PS1 emulator. I play it almost every single day, however there is one update I would love to see and this will benefit any player which uses a backbone one or Bluetooth controller. Screen settings would be a great addition to the settings so you can stretch out the screen edge to edge when playing games horizontally
