I have sold over 800 pairs on the app and overall it's been a good experience. A couple mishaps over the wrong sheet put inside the shoe/ printer didnt print properly. Or accidentally sent the wrong size of a box with a hidden rip. Apart from that it's been AMAZING! Fast payouts, nice and easy.

BUYING
A lot of people think GOAT is bad and untrustworthy if buying from the UK. However they are really good, people don't keep in mind that other platforms also have import fees. Either you buy from somewhere from the UK like Kickgame which is 2 times the price of what goats price after import would be anyway or you buy directly from goat and you'll be updated on every step and have a fast delivery time of around 7-14 days bare in mind (seller must ship to goat, then goat ships to you). However, if it's a UK person you are buying from, you will be charged no fees or if your order is under £125 you will NOT be charged any additional fees.

Purchased Nike running shoes from GOAT. They arrived today, 100% authentic, zero import fees. Bought in USD (bank converts payment to GBP), paid $40 shipping fee as part of buying price, got UPS delivery updates when they left GOAT, after verification. From initial order to delivered took less than 10 days (inc. time to ship from seller to GOAT for verification). For reference; I’ve just bought some running shoes from Nike website, and it took 6 days for them to be delivered. All things considered in this pandemic era, under 10 days from GOAT is very respectable!

Never been so angry tbh. Bought some shoes that were quite expensive and a lot more than I would normally pay for. I ordered them in UK size not realising it was US sizes which is absolutely my fault but when I went to cancel them there was no option to do so. I went to the support bot and asked for help with cancellation of the order in which it replied saying I could cancel within 3 hours of purchasing or before my order got verified. Straight after this message there was another message saying it was too late to order and I can return my item once received. I checked my order updates and it said it was waiting on verification so you can understand my stress with this situation. I looked at the return policy and I will not get a full refund, and I still have to pay for shipping even though I tried to cancel my order almost instantly after purchasing and there was no option to cancel even when it says I have up to 3 hours. Don’t bother unless you want to lose your money on uncoordinated perfectionism.
