Decent
A fun game to pass the time. My criticisms are quite picky but I believe they will enhance the game. I feel like the zoom animation could be a lot smoother, as it is too jumpy and you end up zooming too far in. I think game modes should be added too, like a time attack mode where you try and find things as fast as possible or a challenge mode to find things before time runs out. Other than that I think it’s great
Brilliant!
We like this game very much and we’re in our sixties! Lol! The music is nice and the graphics are very good. The little people are sweet and if you click on the characters, they make a noise. My husband and I play together; he clicks on the items and zooms in and out of the picture and we both look for the missing items, so although it’s a one person game, it definitely lends itself to be done as a group to find the items.
The other thing I like is the Map Editor, which means you can make your own maps, hide objects and then upload it for others to play. So far, I have two in the making and on one of them, I’d put in so much detail, that I used up the allocation!
If the game makers read these reviews, I’d very much like an explanation of the “levels” of objects and putting things inside houses, for instance and then not having them “show” on the outside or disappear altogether. The “undo” application also needs refining, as sometimes it doesn’t put an object back to where it was. Very frustrating.
Also, is there any chance of more scenarios? For instance, you could have an Elizabethan theme, with Tudor houses, the market square with stocks and people in them! It would also be nice to have a few people who can sit down on chairs. A zoo theme would also be good.
All in all, a lovely game and highly recommended.
Good game but ...
Ok, this game bears more than a passing resemblance to Hidden Folks but let’s set that aside. It’s more colourful and is good to play but please make the hints go away after a few seconds! I’m glad that they’re there but the only way to get rid of them is to hit the M on the top left and hit continue. Why not just make the hints go away after a few seconds or if you click the hint?
