Worked fine for me . . .
I saw quite a few people saying this didn't work or was otherwise problematic, but it works great for me, simply double tap the screen to call up the input panel where you can type in your message, change font size and scroll speed.
Great App
When you type your message if you tap the key on the Lower RH corner next to the 1,2,3,key on your keyboard this displays your message & allows you to change font size and speed.
