Description

Lens is the browser made specifically for Apple Vision Pro!

Make nearly any website work how you want:
- View as phone, tablet, or desktop
- Set zoom level and window size
- Use any streaming service that supports a web browser
- Automatically full screen videos
- Your settings are remembered for each website automatically, so you can get back to your perfect setup in seconds!

MULTIVIEW:
- Stream video from unlimited website simultaneously! You can watch 10 games at once from all your different streaming services!
- While other apps and browser auto-pause other videos when a new one plays, Lens puts you in control!
- Easy buttons to "mute others" and "play all" makes Lens the best way to stream multiple videos.
- Set up an "OCTO-BOX" in seconds!

*Note: Netflix is not accessible by Lens Browser, at their request.

How you might use Lens:
- View Reddit, X, Instagram etc as an iPhone in a vertical window
- Put on a game in the background on YouTube TV, while watching another streaming service at the same time.
- Zoom in on a site made for a desktop, with small buttons and links

Lens Browser gives you all the settings you need to get a site looking how you want it - then you can hide the settings window and nothing is in your way.

PRIVACY:
- Lens Browser has no servers and collects no analytics.

Native-feeling experience of web apps

I’ve been using Lens to load Slack’s web app as the iPad Slack app is pretty far behind how the desktop app (on macOS) looks and feels, while the website is identical AFAICT. Loading Slack into Safari “works” but is a poor experience because Safari doesn’t treat windows as individual entities.

I’ve also been using Lens to load VSCode (via `./code-insiders serve-web` running on a remote system) and it looks and feels just like VSCode was a native app. In particular, because Lens doesn’t have many (any?) keyboard shortcuts they are all passed to VSCode.

Lens also lets me use Spotify’s web player and get a pretty native-like experience. I only wish the audio in Vision Pro wasn’t always spacial: I wouldn’t mind music to just be music without having to be fixed to a point in space. I *think* that’s a VisionOS design/limitation, rather than a Lens.app one.

I heartily recommend Lens for all your web-apps on VisionOS!
