Essential to workflow

PDF Squeezer is essential to my workflow, as it allows for a quick and easy method of reducing file sizes for the purposes of sending on via e-mail, etc. Its seamless, intelligent compression of files also has the added benefit of saving hard drive space if, like me, you have thousands of saved PDFs. I will continue to happily pay for upgrades to this app to support the developer. I'm grateful that the dev has maintained an app store version, despite the obvious benefits of directing customers to paying directly through the website. I hope this app continues to be updated for the eventual transition to Apple silicon!

Excellent but why no JPG support?

This app is altogether wonderful, and well worth purchasing. Its results when compresing PDFs are excellent, and I have not found any other tool which is so effective. Both Preview and Acrobat Pro promise to reduce PDF file sizes, but they are never as effective as PDF Squeezer is, and much more involved to use.

My one little quibble is why this app doesn't support Jpeg files - the underlying compression function must support Jpeg compression, so why not implement support for Jpeg files?

I often have to compress Jpegs and there is no utility for this which is so well implemented and with such a good UI as PDF Squeezer. Please add this feature!

If not bundled into PDF Squeezer, then I would even be happy to buy a separate product called JPEG Squeezer if it was available.

One of the new App Store apps I willingly paid for

I've been using PDF Squeezer for a while now and I love it. I send out PDF presentations all the time, whether its to investors or for keynote presentations, and they're always huge. My only realistic options to get decent compression without too much quality loss is either a 20 step process with Adobe, or a drag and drop with PDF Squeezer. You can guess which one I've chosen.

Developer Response ,

Thanks for your feedback. I am happy to hear that the app is so useful to you. Let me know if there is anything I can improve.
