The app doesn’t load
The app is not opening .. hanging in “please wait” mode, which is very unfortunate. I liked it when I just downloaded it

Please make sure to have stable internet connection 2.) Please make sure your device has at least 2GB RAM memory 3.) Please make sure when installing the app, there are not too much open apps in your device 4.) Uninstall and install the app again, and allow all the app permission. Serial number?
This app is asking me for a serial number, which I don’t have. I bought the Space 4D cards. I’ve deleted the app and tried reinstalling it on my iPhone and iPad, with exactly the same results both times. Very disappointed to say the least. Can you please provide me with the serial number so I can actually access it?
Doesn’t load
I purchased this item with the space cards and utopia 360vr goggles but the app is stuck on the main screen. So the whole item is pointless. I have tried to contact the developers but I have had no reply. This is such a shame as I’m sure it could have been an amazing product
