Routine setting

I loved the relax section with music and meditations. Lots of useful strategies to get a sleep rhythm. I felt like someone was with me on my journey using this app

Overpriced

Although full of useful information, there is nothing in this app that you cannot find for free on the Internet. Like the advice given on so many cure insomnia sites on the Internet, the method involves sleep restriction.
They have a rather sneaky ploy of blocking your access to the app the day you cancel your subscription even if it has two months to run. Unless you cancel the day before your subscription expires you lose access to the app you have paid for.

Why are you still charging me?

I cancelled my subscription via the app before my second extortionate quarterly payment as, quite frankly, once you go through the first month there is no point having the app, even the daily tops don’t appear any more. Total rip off. Then, 6 months down the line I realise that cancelling on the app hadn’t actually cancelled my PayPal payment and they have stolen £300 from me. This just seems to be an exploitation scheme. PayPal dispute incoming.
