I use to get really annoyed when looking at listings when something caught my eye and I wanted to view it. Well when returning back to the listings you went back to the beginning. Very frustrating, more often than not I would give up. However this seems to be a thing of the past, yippee. Everything is very clear as well. There is one comment I would like to make but it’s not about the app. Sizing often is duel ie: 12/14, then 16/18 for example. What about people who finds sizing say of 12/14 to small and 16/18 to large. Please go to individual sizes that would help so many people. Also if using small, medium, large etc. please provide a guide what sizes it corresponds t

Took me hours and hours to do order

It has taken me most of day to do a big order. Even though it did not say things were out of stock when I came to ordering on the final part. It kept coming up that one or more items not available and to look at my basket. However no where did it say what things as all said 3-7 days or from manufacturer. I tried to find a number to call you which isn’t possible so I had to message through fb. The woman kept telling me oh it’s because this item is out of stock. So I took it off and chose an alternative. However it kept doing it but not saying what item. Then she’d say another item a again it did the same. I’ve literally been messaging all day and even asked them to call me but they didn’t reply. There is evidently an issue with your system that does not show your customers what item is out of stock. I’ve now sorted it my self as I had to delete the whole basket and started again and it was 27 items. It has now gone through please see fb messages with Jocelyn. She has now replied giving me a number to call why would she not have done this hours and hours ago. I started ordering at 9 am message your fb at 930 and it is now 4pm. I’m afraid I don’t believe this issue was resolved in a timely customer focussed manner hence the one star.

No contact telephone numbers customer services

I was advised by EVRI that they had delivered a parcel from Studio. As I wasn’t in they had left it in the safe place given by me. Well 1) I was in and no one rang my bell. 2) The picture taken was not on my doorstep or my house. I got in touch with ENVI and they said I had to sort it out with Studio. There is not a telephone number for Studio just their financial section and order line. I rang both of these numbers to see if they could supply me with a number only to be told that it was nothing to do with them and really didn’t want to be bothered. I have tried every way possible to get in touch with Studio and the only way I get any reaction is to download a form by pdf which I am unable to do. This has now gone on for nearly two weeks and I am no nearer getting it solved. I have now been in touch with Citizens Advice and according to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 it is the sellers (Studio) responsibility to make sure the item is delivered to me. If the seller used a courier (EVRI) they should chase the courier to find out what has happened to the order. This is not my responsibility. I have been a customer of Studio for many years and I have never encountered this dreadful service. I feel like I am banging my head against a brick wall!!
