My dear apple wallet

It’s been a year since I started using my apple wallet for online purchases and in store purchases it helped me a lot I no longer carry any octopus all I do is tap my I PHONE to octopus card read and I’m done thank you apple for making my life much easier with your apple wallet.

Pending transactions

All of my mastercard (2 cards) transactions show “pending” even tho the transactions are already over 1 month and that it has been posted to my monthly statement and even settled my bill. I also had a case of duplicate transaction once, because since the transactions are pending in the wallet, one was charged/posted again in my card few weeks later than the actual day of transaction. Good thing, my bank found out it was duplicate. That transaction is still “Pending” until now, and the rest of the recent transactions. PLEASE FIX!!! Before another duplicate happens!!! 😡😤

Octopus cards unreasonably increased the cost of using E wallet

They charged the vendors or the sellers with the credit card charges while no reimbursements to general small businesses while transferring their costs to the general public’s for over decades. Refund and untie their monopoly marketing settings!!!!!!!
