Great banking experience

I've been using Livi app for a few months now, and I’m really impressed with its user-friendly interface and features. The app makes it easy to manage my finances, view my account balance and transaction history, and transfer money to friends and family. I also appreciate the paylater feature that allows me to make purchases without having to worry about immediate payment, it’s a great option for anyone looking for a flexible way to make purchase!

Something to be improved

Convenient for the QR payment, attractive rebate % for spending. But once queued for payment and the app required update before using, this gave a very bad experience especially the internet connection in the shop was poor.

The account opening procedure needs to be improved

Makes me so frustrated that it failed every time on taking photos on hkid and face-scan. Not telling the reason on why it fail. I don’t have this problem on other virtual bank app - most of them just require to hold and rotate this hkid and it will not fail as easy as this livi bank app. When i contact the live chat, they said they can do nothing as i can only open account in the app. At least your staff should be able to make it manually!!!

1. Find a place with sufficient lighting, e.g. near the windows with natural light (Avoid glare!)

2. Place the phone horizontally above the HKID

3. If there are difficulty matching the edges, put your HKID in a light coloured background (for the new HKID) / dark coloured background (for the old HKID)
