Ascent rate sensitivity

May I suggest the development team to review the ‘Ascent rate sensitivity’?

Everytime i raise my arm for equalisation or raising my camera, it triggers excessive ascent rate up to 40m/min

I understand this gesture is a sudden movement and the watch could not distinguish, however the other brands doesnt have such issue

resulting none my dive log reflect the real avg ascent rate because of this

other than that it is quite a perfect tool for ios divers

Can’t activate the app by pressing action button

In my last dive weeks ago, after seeing I am fit and ready to dive, I press the action button as normally do, the apps didn’t respond…. However, when I finished the dive, the dive log is completely recorded. What’s the solution for that? After two or more dives, I returned back to using the Depth… and the Oceanic+ didn’t record any dive logs I have done. Very frustrated and don’t know what to do…

Can’t even start

I subscribed for a month for my first overseas dive. Using the oceanic+ app is the only reason I purchase my Apple Watch Ultra 2. And when I try to start the app in the watch, it asked me to sync it with my phone so I do exactly what it instructed. But it just won’t work. Even if I restart both my phone and watch, reinstall everything, updating everything. It just won’t work. As a result, I paid for nothing at all and I still have to figure out a solution for my diving computer…
