Prima... betalen onnodig ingewikkeld.
Op zich gaat het bestellen prima. Bij het betalen via iDeal ging het niet helemaal soepel.
Alleen adres in Nederland mogelijk terwijl ik daar niet woon
Onmogelijk om een bestelling te plaatsen omdat ik Nederlander ben die niet in Nederland woont.
Bad customer service (lying to customers)
So i was interested to buy the dji mini 3 whit the dji rc-n1 when there was a price drop of the dji mini 3 pro so i looked on google when the sale wil be ofer or if its even a sale and not an price drop so i asked my question to the customer service if its a sale ore a permanent price drop i first needed to wait a lot ok thats normal the guy from dji was also pretty nice to me but then he said it was an sale for a limited time and said i should buy it fast before it got out of stock so i had not that much time to decide (i tought) so I bought it when i realized it waant a sale but a permanent price drop so he lied to me so i would buy the product.
Im very disappointed dji for the lying to customers.
