My cash loan

My loan got terminated, without knowledge that my bpi acct is still single status and when i applied i used my marriage status it got conflict, thats why bpi denied my loan it didnt push through! Ive been waiting when ican have an offer again, expecting icould have my loan i already advance credit to someone hoping my loan from home credit when it arrived ill used to pay my cash advance credit, cuz i badly needed it that time, but its been 2mos now still no cash offer only product loan . Product is good but i really need cash, in paying for that cash advance til now, hoping home credit will reconsidered my cash loan offer again, thank you…

VERY INCONSIDERATE.

We recently experienced incredibly disappointing customer service at home credit . Despite reaching out with a genuine concern, I was met with rudeness and a lack of empathy. We sincerely ask for an extension of the payment, and we are also willing to pay the interest of the late payment. since one of our family members got admitted in the hospital and we are having issues financially. We emailed them for the extension of the monthly payment, that we will be paying late and the representative just replied that we should pay it on time to avoid penalties, disinterested and unwilling to address our issue, leaving us feeling undervalued as a customer. They flooded multiple call every single day like 15 times a day, even though we already tell them the date that we will be paying, it’s very traumatizing and it pressure us a lot, I know that we should be responsible with our loans but there’s some circumstances that will happen sometimes, we will not run with our loan, it’s just that, please stop calling multiple times because we are aware with our due dates and trying our best to pay it on time. listen with your customer concerns, and provide a resolution, It’s very disappointing when a company fails to prioritize customer satisfaction, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend home credit to others.

DO NOT ACTIVATE YOUR QWARTA!!!

Home Credit used to be so convenient for me, but then an agent activated my qwarta. At first I thought it was really useful but then their app started to have glitches. Transactions are "successful" on qwarta's end but they do not really go through the merchant's account (either Maya or Gcash). This happened to me two times and you know what's the worse part? Their CSRs WON'T ASSIST YOU. They would leave in the middle of your conversation without notice (very unprofessional- if only I can attach screenshots) You'll feel like begging for assistance. Till you just give up and the failed transactions are just deducted to your credit limit. You can't do anything about it and that has an interest everyday. Imagine getting charged for something that did not go through successfully and put interest on it and you pay for all of those. Really traumatic. I even had to file for dispute and go for all that trouble just because their app doesnt work properly. DO NOT ACTIVATE YOUR QWARTA!
