Address

When inserting the address, fields are too small, short and it gets confusing because duplicate letters that impact the address can happen.

Not doing the job

1. The app doesn’t send any messages about the deliveries, even if it says it will (no email as well).
2. No chance to contact the company: wrong number to the courier, the mails stay without response, calling to the company doesn’t allow to solve the problems because anyone who is answering is either wrong person or wrong service.
3. I can’t change the address or ask about delivery hours (see 2).
4. No actual information about anything, they just inform you that parcel exists, but that can be done without having the app. I hope if I uninstall it it will start at least sending mails.
5. It’s not about the app, but the carriers don’t bother to call the door, i just find out when I get in the app and check it manually that the delivery failed (???). It’s as bad as DPD, two worst companies to be used for deliveries and still online stores use them…

The world's worst delivery service

Unfortunately, online stores mostly choose DHL as a courier delivery service.
Out of all the parcels delivered by DHL over the past year, not a single one has been delivered to me without problems - constant delays, couriers are not interested in delivering the parcel at all. The customer service cannot do anything to solve the problem.
For example, today: there is no intercom in the apartment, which I warn the courier about in a text message, but the courier decides that he cannot deliver and adds a status to the parcel that I am not at home!
How does this service still exist!?
