Swiftfin is a fast, native video player that works with Jellyfin, the open source free software media server.
To use the app, you must have a Jellyfin server set up and running. Find out more at https://jellyfin.org
With a Jellyfin server, you can:
- Watch Live TV and recorded shows from your Jellyfin server (additional hardware/services required)

Works great!
The only issue I had with it is that sometimes app doesn't refresh libraries and doesn't show all of them e.g. music.
The app is way better than the old web based one and I really appreciate the work Jellyfin team has done, but it still have some way to go.
Would be a better than Jellyfin if subtitles would work
Works snappier than 1st party client, but not external srt subtitles don’t work. I like using it, but can’t recommend to friends who need this feature. This is the only blocker from recommending it over Jellyfin.
I can’t see audiobook and mixed tv and shows library
It will be almost perfect but for some reason not all of my libraries are shown in library section. Mixed library with movies and shows is not available. The same with audiobooks library. I know that this is not audio app, but at least that mixed library should be visible. Libraries that are set to movies or shows are shown normally. Please take a look on it. Thanks.
