My feedback:
Good app but it needs more updates. Here is what I found:
1- After deleting and downloading the app again, the app now wont let me log in because it says I have already downloaded the app from another phone which is not true. I have only deleted and redownloaded the app on the same phone.
2- There need to be customer support number to contact whenever we have an issue logging in. This is very important because even in the most optimised apps there are occasional errors that can only be fixed by the support team. A support team number is a MUST.
App malfunctioning, unusable and potentially insecure.
The app fails to work, consistently getting stuck on the loading screen with a “connection error” prompt no matter the network or device. Even reinstalling doesn’t fix the issue, making it completely unreliable.
Given the sensitive nature of its use, the lack of functionality raises serious concerns about both user experience and potential cybersecurity vulnerabilities. Urgent updates are needed to address these problems and ensure the app is secure and operational.
