Disappointed with the Support Team

I tried contacting the team, twice, regarding the suspension of my game to facebook, if it possible to lift the suspension. They have told me to send my Support ID, describe what’s my concern etc., I’ve done all these. The last email I received last June 1, asked me again to send my Support ID, my level, and even reinstalled my game, and wait for their response. But up to now, im still waiting. I’ve emailed them again if they can still help me or not. Because the some tasks in the game, requires connection to Facebook, to be completed. So how can I pursue if thats the case. Im thinking of uninstalling it again, if they cant help me. The game is nice, but I will not stick to it, if its like this.

Disappointing

The app crashes out after 2-3 mins of playing. Been experiencing this month ago until now. I can't find any way to report the issue on the game application so I write it here. Hope you'll get this fixed. I am not happy playing with this app because of this.
