Absolute worse service, never again.

I am absolutely disgusted with your so called customer service. 1st there was an issue with your system and I had to call and email so many times just to get a link. After tirelessly following up with this team, finally I get a link and I pay and now I get messaging and calls every literally 5 minutes threatening me to pay and it’s already been paid and the respect sent and I spoke to more than 8 people. So o top of there being a problem with your system and me wasting my time to run after this freaking company to make the payments. Now every 5 minutes some kids who have no clue what they’re doing keep calling me and messaging so I can repeat over and over and over the issues that’s been emailed and shared a million times. I even had to prove the credit of my accounts just so you sent a link to pay. Unacceptable and absolutely ridiculous. Your Internal staff have 0 communication with each other or departments even. You really need to work on your information sharing and customer service. I wish I chose a Tamara instead. An absolute nightmare.

It’s very happy to say because of low salaried people can’t buy if emergency need or can’t think about high value things to buy. But Tabby app make it easy with share 4 payment options especially without interest and without any hidden charges also. So I could recommend Tabby for low salaried people like me and thanks for the team. Customer care representatives also very kind and take responsibility for our situation and solve our problems very soon. Again thanks for the team.

It’s a great help for a consumer that couldn’t afford to pay it in fully cash. The good thing also is no interest which you don’t feel guilt at all. Thanking tabby for their great services and fast transactions ever. I highly recommend to some consumers like me who can’t afford to pay it one time. Thank you tabby.
