Authentication failed several times while making payment
As the title said. My credit card app says authentication successful but when going back to cettire website, website says failed to place order
Do Not buy from Cettire
I bought 3 items from Cettire recently. Was notified 3 days after my order was placed, that 2 items were out of stock. I was left with one item and had to pay shipping for it which didn’t make sense, so I went ahead to cancel the order. Was refunded $25 short as the cancellation was done more than 24hours after ordering. Absolutely ridiculous. They were at fault for putting items unavailable up for sale. I essentially wasted my time and had to pay a $25 fine for it. Feels totally like a scam. I wonder if they intentionally put unavailable items up for people to buy just to notify them after the free cancellation period that the items are out of stock and they will have to pay a fine to cancel their remaining order. Emailed them only to get very slow standard replies that talks about their policy. Absolute joke of a company.
No delivery no responses
My order is not delivered over 20 days after order confirmation. Customer service is not responding to email and there is no way that you can find a person to talk to about your order. There is no clear status update of your order.
