I’m extremely disappointed with the Coursiv app. They advertise a refund guarantee, but when I requested a refund, they refused, stating I need to fulfill their refund policy. The app itself is very basic, offering only general knowledge about various AI apps — information I could easily get from ChatGPT for free. This app is not worth the money I paid and certainly does not deliver on its promises. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for valuable content or a reliable service.
