Non Existent Customer Support
Placed an offer for a shoe, however had a change of mind, seller accepted and i CANCELLED within the 3 hour timeframe, tried to cancel well within 2 hrs with proof and screenshot however system was not able to capture and said i had past the 3hr timeline, even though i had screenshot and literal proof. Wrote email to their NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT. They noted that i managed to request for cancellation well within the 3 hour timeframe AND YET they are unable to cancel it ??? Make it make sense what kind of rubbish is this totally unacceptable.
Worst customer service
I made an order on goat but accidentally picked the wrong size. Wrote in an email within minutes of receiving the confirmation email to cancel the order. Got no replies. Try cancelling on the app, doesn’t work. Next morning told me that the order is confirmed by the seller and that I cannot cancel anymore. Super inflexible cancellation policy end up, consumers pay for their mistake albeit a minor one. Even if I do get the shoes, I cannot wear it. Doesn’t make sense. First time using this and will be my last. Do not make the same mistake me.
