Terrible user experience
One of the lousiest apps I’ve ever had the misfortune of downloading. Crashes more often than it works, which often causes embarrassing hold-ups in the mall, and you can’t even self-scan receipts when the app is finally working - you have to go back to the mall within x number of days and get the staff to key in the number of points again (which is even more embarrassing). All I can say is that I hope my mall employs a better rewards system soon.
Worst app for shopping mall
This is the worst app for clementi mall. When I click on the scanner, app auto close. In clementi mall basement I use my data to open the app and most of times it doesn't get loaded.
I am not able to scan for points even though I spend so much for dining in the mall.
I suggest to relook at redevelop of the app and allow scanning of receipts. The shop owners also find it tedious to scan for customers.
App keep crashing and waste your points that you deserved
A total waste of points as the app keep crashing and you can only get the points upon payment. Ridiculous.
