My Most Used App! 👍🏻
I’ve been a fan of Sam and his work for many years and had already become interested in meditation when this App was released. As it was Sam, I didn’t hesitate to subscribe for a full year and it has become by far my most used App.
It has enabled me to embrace a sustained meditation practice through the daily meditations, along with supplementing my knowledge of meditation with the Theory section which contains many interesting conversations with eminent meditation practitioners.
I particularly enjoy Sam’s brand of teaching meditation, which avoids any spiritual and religious connotations, and I purely relate to this as a mind training App. I have shared this with friends, and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who is considering starting a meditation practice.
I genuinely do feel that regular use of this App has improved my mental wellbeing, along with providing some occasional glimpses into what true meditation can feel like, and this has only reinforced my interest and commitment to it. I have no doubt I will be a subscriber for a long time to come.

Wonderful app and my feedback
My experience of using this app has been amazing. Tech-wise, the app is very smooth and user-friendly. It’s well designed - simple and beautiful.
Content-wise, Sam’s introductory course has helped me tremendously in learning meditation.
One advice from my perspective - sometime I feel Sam is talking too frequently in the 28 day course, it feels like less time to allow the user to sink in what he said and actually practice before absorbing more information. Occasionally it can feel like a lecture rather than meditation session.
Rest are all good!
Perfection
I don’t often comment on much but do believe in commenting when I think I can help others. This App is worth a 5 star rating as it stands in a league of its own for simplicity and perfection. I have tried a number of other meditation apps and also completed meditation courses. Based on my experience I have found this app to best capture all that is meditation and the essence of mindfulness. Sam Harris has a wonderful ability to articulate what you need to know and guide you through the basics while getting you started. Or as a refresher for me!
