Don’t miss: On the Meal Plan tab, tap the deck icon on the top right to browse recipes. To narrow down your options, pinch and drag a few to the left, then grab one from your stack and drag it onto the schedule.

Quick tip: Crouton is packed with helpful tools to make prep easier. Tap any coloured text to convert imperial to metric, see ingredient amounts or start a timer.
