Welcome to the year 2050, human! In Job Simulator’s robot-filled future, ancient occupations have become virtual exhibits inside a museum. Have a blast being a gourmet cook, an auto mechanic, a store clerk or an office worker.

What we love: The ridiculous objectives. Office work involves hiring a Hipster Bot, chugging coffee and viewing colleagues’ goofy memes. As a grease monkey at Grifty Lube, you’ll juggle repairs with the boss’s sketchy requests (such as handing out fake coupons). Each “job” is delightfully over the top.

Don’t miss: All the hilarious robot customers in the convenience store, such as the sugar-starved teenager and the big-tipper tycoon. These larger-than-life characters add huge laughs to an already-entertaining gig.

Quick tip: Try everything, even if it isn’t part of your remit. Photocopy your face. Borrow customers’ hats and glasses. And give the convenience store’s Jumbo Sizer a whirl – it enlarges much more than slushies!
