Current version does not allow my other number to login. I used to be able to access my 5G home router account on my mobile app sign-on. Now, after it’s logged in, the other (additional access) account just keeps refreshing. So I’m not able to view information on the 5G router account. The account attached to my mobile number is able to login on the app.

Very bad user experience.
Please, it is frustrating, unable to log in. I ported from ooredoo and zain. Had couple of issues regarding the app. Firstly, unable to log in. Load time is poor. Too slow. Usage details do not show accurately.

You should fix your credit cards payment it’s now nice every time that I have to put the credit cards details
