On: Shop Shoes & Apparel 4+

Today I went to the local store in Design district. A worker helped me find the shoes. She told us that someone would go get them so we sat down and waited for the shoes to come. 20 minutes passed and we weren’t told anything about the shoes. I went to look for the lady who was the one who helped us with the shoes. I asked her how much longer the shoes would take. And she said that since they were really busy. So I sat back down to wait for them to arrive. 10 minutes after that. We were told by the lady that they didn’t find the shoes. My mom and I were really bothered because we had been waiting half an hour for the shoes for then to be told that they didn’t have them. We were bothered because we waisted half an hour waiting for some shoes which is ridiculous. If they told us before that that didn’t have them we would have been alright and came back an other day. So please be careful with that. Because we got a terrible in-store experience.

Never thought a shoe could make my life so much better. I have spent most of my life with shoes that hurt my feet. Have tried so many with inserts with no luck. Since finding ON 5 years ago my feet have been very happy. I no longer have ankle issues and can walk all day without pain. I have recommended them to so many people and they love them too. My kids call them Dad shoes but who cares Dads deserve them. Let the kids have their narrow Nikes. They will learn. Thanks and keep new styles coming I think I just bought my ninth pair.

The shoes are good but the company is a no. I ordered two pairs of shoes July 3rd and they came on July 29th. I’ve never had to wait so long for a pair of shoes to arrive. Not only that but one of the shoes I ordered never came because they were out of stock. They gave me a 10% discount on my next order because the shoes were out of stock which clearly meant nothing because they are offering that discount to anyone because of their prolonged shipping time. Even though I had to wait almost a month for my shoes I was not offered that discount. I asked for them to take off the 10% off my order instead of having to reorder and wait another month for shoes but they said they couldn’t. Most companies will provide you with the discount cause it saves them time on repackaging, shipping, and dealing with your return. I will not be purchasing from them again. Terrible service and clearly don’t care about the environment like they say they do if they would rather have the box shipped back to them and back to me again in order to get the 10% off.
