The HOP - Hill Country Transit 4+

At first the app would let me confirm my ride now the confirmation button is all the way at the bottom of the screen to were I cant press it...I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it still is the same. Now i have to call for every appointment. Update the app for iphone maybe?

This app is absolutely atrocious for those of us who have visual impairments and have to use the built-in screen reader known as voiceover for iOS while stuff reads, when you go to do things like buy tickets you can’t exactly do that with voiceover because once you select the type of ticket you want you can’t do anything else like buy your ticket. It’s dimmed Either learn how to develop a nap and do it right or hand over every responsibilities to Uber or Lyft, who actually know how to make their app accessible. This kind of app development is very unacceptable to me as a person who uses apps every single day on my phone. If I were running this App Store, this app would not be allowed based on the fact that VoiceOver does not work very well with it. Buying tickets really needs to be improved with voiceover. Somebody needs to start running voiceover when they develop this app and use it with VoiceOver turned on not just check a box for Accessibility.

If your like me and struggle a bit with getting place to place and ethier have to ask for favors or pay for expensive Ubers this really does solve all your problems I’ve been getting to work on time and not even having to wait maybe longer than 5 minutes and I have never had to wait that long my only bit of advice I would give and that’s to change the app name or something because every body I talk to doesn’t know “the hop” and they get confused and the app has a hard name to find so people give up fast otherwise the service is great but trying to find the app and use the service is harder than it needs to be with something as easy as a name or brand change
