It could improve a lot
It takes really long to load items. The UI and user experience of the website is much better. I have placed orders and paid and it just didn’t go through. Instead it just redirects to the website when it should redirect to payment confirmation.
The worst in all experience
Tried ordering items only for the page to keep automatically refreshing when I load my details. Then eventually when making payment the next page shows loading and then sorry this page no longer exists. Occurred multiple times. Decided to rather spend my money at Superbalist as I’ve never experienced such poor in app experience.
Constant payment issues and poor customer chat function.
This apps often fails to process credit card payments. Furthermore, the customer care chat only works if you constantly keep your phone unlocked and refreshed which is not possible when you are one of several customers in the queue. As a result, the chat closes and you have to restart the whole process.
