Took my money but won’t let me watch anything
So I got nba league pass yesterday without being logged into a account and I got a message saying “ thank you for you’re purchase please sign in or sign up” and I did try to login in like 5 times but everytime i tried it would send me back to the main menu and id get the same thank you sign in or blah blah blah, I than contacted support and they told me to uninstall the app and power down my phone and I did and it didn’t work, I even showed them proof of the email saying I bought league pass but they told me again to do the same exact thing, uninstall and power down and I did and it didn’t work, I’ve tried contacting again but seems like they’re off right now, I just don’t know what to do, I don’t want to buy it again but I want to watch all laker games and don’t want to use some illegal stream

Incredibly crappy and buggy app
It’s really embarrassing that the NBA can have such a crappy and buggy app. It often crashes and their streaming server is just ridiculously bad. You will watch 20secs then it freezes, lowers the quality to a resolution that it’s unwatchable to then freeze again. A 2hour game will take 4 hours to watch. It’s absurd.
I have been a paying customer for 10years but this is it for me after talking to customer service (Olivia G.) where I just got useless advise and no help whatsoever. I would have at least expected some sort of support and then trying to make up but they don’t care!
