Good shows but needs to improve
While there is a great variety in its library, the app needs to improve on its interface. I was disappointed that none of the shows have Chinese audio even though we are in Asia. Additionally, the subtitles are inaccurate at times, such as this one time Minnie said something but the subtitles indicated that it was from Daisy. Aside from the negatives I like that it has more variety in its content and I hope the developers can add Chinese audio for all shows in here.
P.S. Please bring House of Mouse and Mickey Mouse Works to Disney+! We have all been anticipating that show for years but it never got rereleased so please if you have a good heart just put it in here!
Lousy App, Poor Customer Service
Subscribe at your own risk. I paid for an annual subscription with the intention of watching the highly raved wandavision but can't even download it on my iPad... Reached out to the customer chat support and got no solution after days of talking with various customer service officers. Seriously, what is the point of having 24/7 live support when a simple downloading issue fundamental to an online streaming service cannot be resolved even after days.
Not only that, the minute marker on all shows has been faulty for many viewers including myself since the very first day Disney+ premiered in Singapore. Again, an issue with another feature fundamental to any online streaming service. Yet, it seems like Disney+ does not bother to recognise this technical issue let alone fix it.
If there's anything I can commend about Disney+, it would be their stellar marketing and advertising campaigns, I literally see them everywhere i go. Just one advice, before marketing your service to the public, please at least ensure the most basic features are functional. If not, it just makes me wonder whether I'm paying for your exorbitant marketing or for the service.
