CBE Mobile Banking(New‪)‬ 4+

I have been using this app and it’s really a user-friendly app, but since last month it’s not synchronized; I have been visiting the CBE branch three times in two weeks with the same error. The weird part is I should go to the branch where I opened mobile banking first unless the error is only fixed temporarily. Nevertheless, the CBE digital team is not taking this issue as seriously and is not taking action. One day cbe team will understand what is customer service. Could you please have enough kind to solve this issue?

CBE should be leading other banking and start interbank exchanges to. One thing I hate Ethiopian banking system is that, every bank force’s you to open an account to do any business to inflate their customers numbers.

If you have bank account in Addis Ababa and want to change even a phone number or even want to transfer large amounts, they demand that you open an account in the city and branch you are trying to do business:( otherwise you have to do the original bank you that you open your account! this practice need to be stopped immediately.

Other than that the app saves a lots of time! The maximum amount of money to be transferred needs to be changed and also the transfer limit need to be removed. To do 20 transactions a week, we are opening four bank accounts! And so on... your policy only hurts the law abiding customers...

i have just started using cbe and it’s mobile banking is so dreadful that i’m considering just sticking with my other banks, how can the county’s biggest bank have such an annoying mobile banking system, you literally cannot operate, your bank is supposed to be there when you need it, and their motto literally says you can rely on them when in reality that’s the worst mistake you can make, mobile banking was supposed to make things easier however cbe successfully just achieved the opposite of that, it’s only been a week of me being a user of this bank and i’m already frustrated with the service and delay and everything else i can imagine how other long time users are feeling right now. so disappointing.
