I was able to send money after so much hassle and after spending hours. This app needs so much improvement. CBE needs to take user feedbacks seriously and fix issues. The app developer also need to be ashamed of the issues and need to create a better version. Below are among the issues 1) transaction fails for no reason it says error but it doesn’t mention where the error is. 2) you need to let the user save the payment method/ debit card and address and let the user use that instead of asking the user complete debit card and address information every single time. Today I sent $10K and I have to complete that hundred times as most of the transactions were declining. 3) CBE need to increase limit from 1000 per transactions so that a user can complete a transaction once instead of multiple exhausting times

The app doesn’t work consistently. The transfer fails for no apparent reason. You have to try several times before you get it to work. I like that I can send money from anywhere and could be source of hard currency for Ethiopia. But , they need to make it work and at least display the exact error when the transaction fails.

There is always some kind of issue with this app! It won’t let you use your US number to register or keeps saying error when you use your card number at the checkout. Pick your poison it’s absurd. A company like CBE that spends so much money in advertising and the biggest bank in Ethiopia can’t come up with a proper app that can actually work and be useful is absolutely ridiculous! CBE your app is an absolute joke! No wonder people would be leaning to use black market when you can’t even provide a platform that works for your customers properly. Please do better be useful and make it better!
